Road Test Service

Gary Thomson Driving School offers a
"Road Test Prep Service" on the day of the
road test. We would arrive (most times) be-
tween 6:30 - 7:00 A.M. The majority of students
who have attended our school have early road
test times. Prior to the exam, on the ride to
Eatontown DMV, we would allow for time to be-
come comfortable with the driving school car.
In addition, the Gary Thomson Driving School instructor would prep the student in
all the "sticky points" of the road test i.e. Parallel parking, k-turns, backing (going in
reverse in a straight line for 50 ft.) and reiterate some of the do's and don'ts on the
exam. When the Gary Thomson Driving School instructor feels a certain con-
fidence level is apparent, we would go to the road test area and the DMV per-
sonnel would administer the road test. Please call for current pricing and

Required Items For Road Test
  • Permit (Must Be Legible)
  • Original Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Report Card (Must have address on it)
  • School ID Card
  • Social Security Card (If you have it)
  • $6.00 Cash (Preferred by DMV)
  • (Cash or Check (Payable to Gary
    Thomson Driving School
  • Glasses or contacts (If Necessary)
